D. Clark Turner, Ph.D. , President & CEO
Dr. Turner received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in analytical chemistry from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Following eight years in the semiconductor industry, he moved into 12 years of product management and business development with a manufacturer of x-ray components—advancing to Chief Technical Officer. Dr. Turner has led multiple product development teams from initial product conception through development and into commercialization. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Aribex.

Steve Wood, Vice President of Operations
Mr.Wood obtained a B.A. degree in business management and a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix. He has had extensive experience in tool making, mold design, medical device design, and manufacturing engineering. Mr. Wood was responsible for operations and manufacturing activities at Kimberly-Clark and Boston Scientific, over a wide variety of medical devices including respiratory care, embolic protection, and now X-ray technology.

Douglas Harding, Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Harding received a BSEE from the University of Utah. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the medical device industry with a solid background in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, engineering and business. He helped lead Aribex in certification to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003. Mr. Harding works closely with state, federal and international regulatory agencies to achieve approval for Aribex products.

Cindy Dayton, Corporate Secretary, Administrative Manager
Ms. Dayton received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Brigham Young University and recently earned certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Following years of self-employment, she joined Aribex in the fall of 2004. Her responsibilities include managing the accounting, human resources, and benefits administration functions. In addition to raising her family, she has been an active volunteer in education, politics, and music.

Mike Heyn , Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Heyn comes to Aribex following a successful 15-year sales management career with Dentrix of American Fork, Utah. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Easy Dental® division. His responsibilities at Aribex will cover the dental and veterinary segments including sales, technical support, product management, and overall liaison with the industry. .

Steve Dawson, Marketing Manager
Following a 20-year career in his own business, Mr. Dawson worked in marketing and marketing communications for several Fortune 500 consumer and technology companies in Silicon Valley. His responsibilities include corporate communications, customer support and marketing support to the segment groups. He holds a B.A. in Communications from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Greg Bangerter, CPA
Mr. Bangerter is the Treasurer of Campbell Scientific, Inc., a world leader in the manufacture of dataloggers, data acquisition systems, and measurement and control products based in Logan, Utah.   He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Utah State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Mr. Bangerter has over 20 years of experience in the financial field. Mr. Bangerter has served as a director of Aribex since 2006.

Eric Vogel, DDS
Dr. Vogel lives in Orem Utah with his wife and eight children. He has worked a full-time dental practice in Provo, Utah since 1988, and served as part-time faculty at BYU in the predental program since 1988. Dr. Vogel is the recipient of the state and national "Points of Light" award, and president and founder of "Share a Smile", a nonprofit humanitarian group that provides dental care to the poor locally and throughout the world.. Dr. Vogel has served since early 2004 as a member of the Board of Directors of Aribex, Inc.
